Concerned citizens,

If you have health issues that will be exaggerated due to the application of sludge, have your doctor write a letter to the health department director.

The letter needs to state specific reasons that your condition requires additional distance (asthma, cancer, allergies, etc.) Denise wants your doctor to call her so she can help them write to letter, which will go in front of a board, to ensure that all necessary information is included.

Be sure to make copies of all letters ands forms.
